2.3. Customers must provide the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2.4. When returning a product, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transportation.

2.5. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a Company error or a defective product.

2.6. If the returned product does not meet the return criteria (e.g., it has been used or damaged), the Company reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the Company receives and inspects the returned product.

3.3. If the returned product was purchased using a gift card or discount coupon, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or coupon.
