1. General Provisions
1.1. These safety regulations are established to ensure the safety of both clients and Company representatives during service provision.
1.2. The client agrees to follow all safety instructions and recommendations provided by the Company.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the client fails to comply with safety requirements or acts in a manner that endangers themselves or others.
2. Safety Requirements at the Client’s Location
2.1. The client must provide a safe and suitable environment for the use and maintenance of Yarbo equipment, including:
- The test area must be clear of debris, shrub branches, or any objects that could interfere with the equipment’s operation.
- The charging station must be placed in a dry and level area to ensure proper charging and prevent damage.
- There must be no loose electrical cables in the area, as Yarbo equipment may cut or damage them while mowing or blowing snow.
- Before changing Yarbo attachments, the battery must be disconnected from the core unit to prevent accidental activation.
- During manual operation, care must be taken to keep people and animals at a safe distance.
2.2. The client must inform the Company of any safety risks or limitations that may affect service provision.
3. Safety Requirements at the Company’s Designated Location
3.1. When visiting the Company’s premises, the client must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by Company staff.
3.2. The client is prohibited from using the Company’s equipment without permission.
3.3. The client must not enter restricted areas that are not intended for public access.
4. Safety of Children and Vulnerable Persons
4.1. The client must ensure that children and vulnerable persons remain at a safe distance from the work area and technical equipment.
4.2. The Company is not responsible for any accidents resulting from the client’s negligence or failure to follow safety requirements.
5. Emergency Situations
5.1. In the event of a hazardous situation during service provision (e.g., fire), both parties must react immediately. If necessary, first aid will be provided, and emergency services will be called.
6. Liability and Penalties
6.1. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the Company’s equipment, property, or personnel due to negligence.
6.2. If the client’s failure to follow safety regulations results in material or moral damages, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation.
7. General Terms
7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these safety regulations without prior notice. Any updates will be published on the Company’s website.
7.2. All disputes related to the enforcement of these safety regulations will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
